Parent Pamper & Play Day

Take a deep breath, parents! This time is for you. 

Our weekly Parent Pamper & Play Day is a space designed for rest, rejuvenation, and balance. While your little ones (ages 2 and up, potty trained) enjoy supervised fun and creative activities in our Journey Room, you'll have the chance to unwind and receive the pampering you deserve from one of our practitioners!

Each Practitioner will be offering their own unique wellness sessions, from massage and energy work to sound and relaxation therapies, allowing you to select the service that calls to you most. 

​

There's NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR CHILDCARE during your session, and you don't have to be a parent to attend.  This offering is open to anyone seeking peace, self-care, and a moment to recharge.
