Step into a powerful 60-minute experience designed to reignite your inner fire and move you out of stagnation and into momentum. 15 minutes of intense breathing with the 9D headphones that moves into a 45-minute sound bath intended to shake loose the blocks that are holding you back!
We’ll begin with The Climb, an activating breathwork journey focused on awakening your energy, increasing motivation, and helping you reconnect with the drive to move forward in the areas you’ve been feeling stuck. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply immersive sound bath experience, where vibration and frequency work to gently shake loose stored tension, clear energetic blocks, and create space for clarity, alignment, and inspired action. This fusion of breath and sound is designed to help you activate, release, and rise leaving you feeling both energized and grounded.
