Qi Forge Family: Parent Child Martial Arts Class

Qi Forge Family is a shared martial arts training experience designed for parents and kids to train together.

You’ll learn traditional movement, balance, breath, and simple partner drills that build coordination, confidence, and communication.

The benefit is a stronger respectful bond, healthier relationship with discipline, emotional regulation, and physical resilience for both parent and child.

This class is for parents who want to actively support their child’s growth while developing strength, trust, and lifelong skills together.
