Parenting is one of the most beautiful and demanding journeys we will ever experience. Between caring for others, managing responsibilities, and navigating the daily challenges of raising little humans, it's easy to forget to care for yourself.
This special experience is an invitation to pause.
Join us for a deeply restorative evening beginning with a 22-minute guided 9D Breathwork journey designed to help release stress, quiet mental overwhelm, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. Through breath, guided meditation, and immersive sound technology, you'll be reminded that you don't have to be a perfect parent to be a great one.
Following the breathwork, settle into a 40-minute sound bath where the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and healing frequencies will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, restoration, and stillness.
