About the event
Join us for a deeply restorative Golden Hour Sound Bath. Jon and Misty have created a very unique soundscape session with new instruments that will create a sacred space to unwind, release, and reconnect as we embrace the shifting seasons. This session will begin with a heart connecting ceremony by setting intentions and drinking a heart opening drink with Cacao, Blue Lotus and other calming herbs and spices.
