Unwind from the week and reset your nervous system with this calming, all-levels class guided by Ana Paula. Enjoy a slow flow with conscious breathing, some soothing stretches and restorative poses to release tension, relax the body and calm the mind.
After moving the body, we'll dive into a deep guided meditation, followed by a peaceful sound bath during savasana, using the crystal singing bowls's healing vibrations to restore balance and inner calm.
Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, blissful and ready for the weekend — body, mind, and soul.
