Autumn Equinox Sound Bath

As we approach the changing of the seasons, join us for an evening of slowing down, grounding, and setting intentions for what we wish to welcome into the season ahead.

We’ll begin with a gentle intention-setting ceremony, giving ourselves space to reflect on what we’re ready to release and what we’d like to cultivate as we move into a new season. During this time, enjoy a complimentary cup of hot tea, or enhance your experience with our Blue Lotus Cacao addition (+$5): a warm, rich cacao blend infused with blue lotus, thoughtfully prepared to complement this intentional evening.

Once our intentions are set, settle in, get comfortable, and allow the soothing vibrations of the sound bath to carry you into a deeper state of relaxation and reflection.

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter, a little more grounded, and aligned with the season ahead. 🍁✨
